The Forest Ninja Warrior Obstacle Course is a place to train for more agility. The elements up higher, require bravery and balance. But there is a way to circumvent the need for either. The harness on your hips follows a line that stops falling far. If you trip or become unbalanced, you will only descend a second before the safety rope kicks in. If anyone feels too nervous at any point they have a few options. There is a Park Guide in the area to give you advise or help. You can "sit" in the harness and crab walk. This is a fast way to traverse something you are not comfortable trying on your feet. There are three levels of difficulty. Everyone gets to start slow and easy… and choose how high and fast they want to progress through the tree top elements.
